Passing Notes
Today we were able to chat it up with MUSC and get an insight into their school, what they offer, and their community life. Their staff was so awesome, was super open about the students they want, and advised us.
After the MUSC zoom call, Sarah had a great activity for all of us. We first went over all of the goals that we set at the beginning at the year and talked about the goals that we accomplished and the ones that we didn't. If I wish I could have done something more, it would be to have been more out there with the relationships that I have encountered. I think that after being quarantined due to Covid19, I think that I haven't been able to talk/interact with people the same. These past two weeks, I have grown a lot closer to my peers and I truly feel connected to them. I have been emotional just thinking about our tier going separate ways but I know these people are going to be a part of my life for a long time
The activity that Sarah did with us was that we all had a paper bag with our names on it and we all got a huge stack of cards. We wrote whoever we wanted a notes, we could put our name on it if we wanted, and dropped it in that person's bag. It was so loving and warm to put notes that were heartfelt into other people's bag and watch them light up.
